Q1 What are H PLUS clinic hours?

Clinic hours are as follows:
Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 18:00
Saturday: 08:00 – 17:00
※ Hours on Sundays and public holidays may vary depending on separate announcements.

Q2 Are you open on weekends?

On Saturdays, all medical services are available in the morning, while only selected departments operate in the afternoon.
Availability may vary depending on the medical department, so please contact us prior to your visit for accurate guidance.
Regular outpatient services are not available on Sundays at this time.

Q3 Which channels can I use to make a reservation?

Reservations are available via KakaoTalk channel, phone, Zalo, the website, or the on-site information desk.

Q4 Is advance reservation required?

It is not mandatory, but advance reservations help reduce waiting time and ensure smoother consultations.
*Advance reservation is required for endoscopy procedures due to medication preparation.

Q5 What transportation options are available? Where can I park?

You may arrive by car, motorbike, or Grab.
Convenient parking is available at the Lotte Mall West Lake underground parking lot.

Q6 Is interpretation support available?

Yes, Korean and English interpretation services are available, and we assist international patients with registration and consultations.

Q7 Is same-day consultation and result delivery possible?

Many comprehensive health check-up packages can be completed on the same day, and basic test results are provided the same day.
However, results for advanced tests will be provided at a later date.

Q8 Can I receive my results online after the consultation?

Yes. Some results can be sent via email, Zalo, or KakaoTalk.
You may also check them through the “View Results” menu on our website.

Q9 Which floor of Lotte Mall West Lake is H PLUS located on?

H PLUS is located on the 7th and 8th floors of Lotte Mall West Lake Office Tower A, accessible via a dedicated elevator.

Q10 Can you issue tax invoices or medical certificates in English?

Yes, upon request, we can issue medical certificates and tax invoices in English, Korean, or bilingual formats.

Q11 Can I pay with an international credit card?

Cash, domestic and international credit/debit cards, and bank transfers are all accepted.

Q12 Is insurance accepted?

H PLUS provides the necessary documents for insurance claims and supports smooth coordination with your insurance provider.

Q13 Are home visit consultations or testing services available?

Currently, services are primarily provided through in-clinic visits.
